Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kintaka ("kintaka", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating a kintaka account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the kintaka platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern all use of the kintaka website, mobile browser interface, and any related services operated under the kintaka brand. They apply to all registered users of kintaka, including those who use the platform for casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, or any other gaming product available on kintaka.
kintaka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kintaka will notify registered players via the email address associated with their kintaka account prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure that you are operating under the most current version.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by kintaka of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Governing language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and a version published in any other language, the English version shall prevail.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to kintaka is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of their use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kintaka strictly prohibits use of its platform by individuals under 18. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately with net deposits returned where applicable.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under a legal guardianship or restriction that prohibits entering into contracts of this nature.
- Voluntary participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either through kintaka's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling exclusion scheme to which you are subject.
- Single account: You are permitted to hold only one kintaka account. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through proxies, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must not register using a false identity, a fictitious name, or another person's identity.
kintaka takes its age restriction obligations seriously. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling content. Age Verification: kintaka conducts mandatory age and identity verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended pending successful completion of the KYC process. 18+ Gambling is for adults only.
3. Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on kintaka, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.
During or after registration, kintaka may request supporting documentation as part of its KYC process. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered under the same name as the kintaka account).

- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered kintaka account. If a second account is detected, kintaka reserves the right to close both accounts and void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.
- Account transfer: kintaka accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your kintaka account or any entitlements associated with it to any other person.
KYC timelines: kintaka aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, verification may take up to 48 hours. Players are encouraged to complete KYC before requesting their first withdrawal to avoid processing delays.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
kintaka supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions on kintaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on kintaka is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. There is no processing fee charged by kintaka on deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges outside kintaka's control. Deposits are credited to your kintaka account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases; occasional network delays of up to 15 minutes may occur during peak periods.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by kintaka's payments team within one hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as part of kintaka's anti-money-laundering policy. kintaka does not impose arbitrary withdrawal caps on standard verified accounts.
- Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. If your account has not completed KYC, your withdrawal will be held pending successful identity verification.
- Matched payment method: Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. kintaka reserves the right to require this matching as an anti-fraud measure.
- Bonus funds: Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus activity are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
- Suspicious transactions: kintaka reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending investigation if the transaction is flagged by kintaka's fraud or anti-money-laundering systems. Affected players will be notified and given reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
Processing hours: kintaka's payments team operates during BST business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business session. Same-day withdrawal processing applies to requests received before 9pm BST.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
kintaka offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds awarded by kintaka are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
- Eligible games: Not all games on kintaka contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate — typically 10%–20%. The specific contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the promotion terms.
- Bonus abuse: kintaka reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players, exploiting system errors, or placing low-risk hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus play: Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated through bonus funds is capped at 10x the original bonus value. Amounts above this cap are removed from the withdrawable balance.
- Retroactive changes: kintaka will not alter the wagering requirements or terms of a bonus after a player has opted in and made the qualifying deposit. Changes to bonus terms apply only to future promotions unless a material error is involved.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the kintaka platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is fair, lawful, and respectful to other users and kintaka staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kintaka:
- Fraud and cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or errors, use automated bots or scripts to play games, or engage in any form of collusion with other players is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Money laundering: kintaka's platform must not be used for any purpose connected with money laundering or the concealment of funds derived from unlawful activity. kintaka is obligated to report suspicious transactions and cooperate fully with relevant authorities where required.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider for a deposit that has been credited to and used on your kintaka account constitutes a breach of these Terms. kintaka reserves the right to recover the relevant amount and close the account permanently.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one kintaka account — whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf — is prohibited. All associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
- Abusive behaviour: Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed toward kintaka support staff or other users via any communication channel is not tolerated and may result in immediate account closure.
- Misuse of responsible gaming tools: Deliberately bypassing self-exclusion or limit-setting tools, including by opening new accounts after a self-exclusion has been applied, is a breach of these Terms and of kintaka's commitment to player welfare.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
kintaka reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6, may result in immediate suspension pending investigation and subsequent permanent closure.
- Failed verification: Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit, or where submitted documents are found to be falsified, will be suspended. Deposits minus any wagered amounts may be returned at kintaka's discretion.
- Extended inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. kintaka will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, which will be deducted from any remaining balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
- Player-initiated closure: You may close your kintaka account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.
- Self-exclusion: Players who invoke kintaka's self-exclusion tool will have their account access suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, kintaka will take reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to the excluded player.
Dispute resolution: If your account is suspended and you believe this to be in error, contact
[email protected] with your account details and a description of the issue. kintaka aims to respond to account dispute enquiries within 48 hours and will escalate unresolved matters to a senior review team.
8. Limitation of Liability
kintaka provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While kintaka makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
- Game outcomes: kintaka is not liable for losses arising from game outcomes generated by certified RNG software or live dealer mechanics operating within their specified parameters. All game results are final once confirmed by the relevant game server.
- Technical errors: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, kintaka will review the affected round and apply a fair resolution — which may include voiding the round and returning the relevant stake. kintaka is not liable for losses caused by technical issues outside its direct control, including player-side internet connectivity failures.
- Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kintaka shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
- Third-party content: kintaka's platform includes games and content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. kintaka is not liable for errors, omissions, or defects in third-party game content, though it will act as an intermediary in escalating disputes to the relevant provider where applicable.
- Force majeure: kintaka shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms that arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or civil unrest.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit kintaka's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
